Our Fees Guide
When comparing Party Wall Surveyor's you will find costs can vary dramatically, especially between regulated and non-regulated firms. In our opinion, it's always worth getting more than one quote.
To give you an idea of what our rates are we have noted our standard fees below. These fully inclusive fees are a realistic guide, but we will always send through a written Fee Proposal that takes into account the nature of your project and the distance from our office in Sidcup.

Our Fees Standard Party Wall Fees
SERVING OF NOTICES
We will carefully check your project, identify what Notices need to be served and conduct a Land Registry search to identify the owners. We then prepare the Notices and either send them to you to serve, or serve them directly on your behalf.
SCHEDULE OF CONDITION
We visit your neighbour's property and inspect the areas likely to be affected by the proposed works, noting any existing defects. We take on average over 150 photographs and present a comprehensive report to both parties.
PARTY WALL AWARD
If a Party Wall Award is required we will liaise with the Adjoining Owners Surveyor to ensure all of the drawings and details required are present. We will then prepare the Award and ensure it is served to the relevant parties quickly.
