Notice

SERVING OF NOTICES

We will carefully check your project, identify what Notices need to be served and conduct a Land Registry search to identify the owners. We then prepare the Notices and either send them to you to serve, or serve  them directly on your behalf.

SCHEDULE OF CONDITION

We visit your neighbour's property and inspect the areas likely to be affected by the proposed works, noting any existing defects. We take on average over 150 photographs and present a comprehensive report to both parties.

PARTY WALL AWARD

If a Party Wall Award is required, we will liaise with the Adjoining Owners Surveyor to ensure all of the drawings and details required are present. We will then prepare the Award and ensure it is served to the relevant parties quickly.
